Charlie is a short man who is a masseur for Klub Krusty and former spy for Departures Magazine.

History

Charlie attended Kamp Krusty alongside Bart and Lisa. He tried to escape from the camp with them in a canoe. However, the canoe capsized and Charlie went missing, presumed dead. Bart and Lisa got traumatized by this experience and suffered amnesia as a result.

When Bart and Lisa eventually remembered what happened by returning to the Kamp, they told Krusty about it. They then found out that Charlie was alive and well and was working as a masseur in the new Klub Krusty, which has replaced Kamp Krusty. He revealed that he's an adult who had been working as a spy for Departures Magazine. Charlie explained that he had escaped when the canoe capsized.
