The Simpsons: Tapped Out Rise of the Robots is the two hundred and tenth content update. It was released on April 7, 2021. It's a sequel to the SciFi event. It is based on the season 15 episode "I, (Annoyed Grunt)-bot". It requires Level 15 to start. It added 3 new characters, 3 new building-character combos, 2 new decoration-character combos, 1 new character skin, 2 new non playable characters, 4 new buildings and 10 new decorations.

April 6th Update (4.49.0; "4_49_RiseOfTheRobots")[edit]

  • The app icon and the splash screen were changed to new ones for the event.
  • EA's updated Privacy and Cookie Policy was added.
  • A new character group, School Workers, was added: Chalmers, Skinner, Willie, Mrs. Krabappel, Otto, Coach Pommelhorst, Lunchlady Dora, Coach Krupt, Miss Hoover and Dewey Largo.
  • Frink Jr. was added to the characters that can Moonbounce.

April 8th Update ("4_49_RiseOfTheRobots_Patch1")[edit]

  • Future-Proofed Home (at Donut Tapped Out.png45) and LadyBot (at Donut Tapped Out.png55) were added on the store, separate from their bundle.
  • Tray of 132 Donuts and Hans Mechman bundle no longer shows in store if owned.
