Tailgate and Daily Challenges System is the one hundred and seventeenth content update for The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released on February 4, 2016. While the Daily Challenges were a permanent addition, the Tailgate and Big Game Supplies part of the update ended on February 9, 2016.
The Big Box building activates Daily Challenges, which replace the Daily Play Combo.

- The unreleased Daily Challenges System was completed and released.
- Visibility Requirement (Official Halloween HQ) was added to Apu's Set Up the Halloween Display.
- Oktoberfest's Buy a Keg can now be executed at any Kwik-E-Mart.
- The Daily Play Combo was removed.
- Building the Gone Fission now awards
3,500,000 instead of 35,000,000.
- Two new quests for Springfield Heights Chapter 2 to upgrade Private Island and Exclusive Resort were added: Paradise Island and When Four Stars is Not Enough.
- Random quests were removed.
