History
When Bart, Nelson and Milhouse were ordering something on the dark web to get revenge on Moe, Hacky appeared to help them. Hacky said that if they were caught, he'd morph into Snitchy the Weasel and give all their information to the FBI. Snitchy then told them to accept the terms.
