Lloyd is a fictional bartender that Homer hallucinated.
History
When Homer was tired during the night shift at the Power Plant, he hallucinated himself at a bar where Lloyd offered him his usual, several Duff Beers. Lloyd told Homer that he understood that his family was becoming a problem and Lloyd tried to convince Homer to poison them with plutonium by sprinkling it in the salad. When Homer told Lloyd that he didn't understand, Lloyd told him to kill his family. Homer then asked him again how to kill them, where to put the plutonium and what he would do that for. Lloyd then turned away from Homer.
