Jennifer Clarkeson is a proctor for the Department of Standardized Testing.
History
Clarkeson arrived at Springfield Elementary School to give the pupils a test to decide the fate of Springfield Elementary. She found out that the school was the worst in the state so was going to close it down. When she found out that Bart hadn't taken the test yet, she took him to do it.
Marge bumped into her and asked her to have some humanity. After Bart passed the test, Marge thanked her and Clarkeson said that maybe she learned something from this.[1]
Clarkeson is the proctor that oversaw the mandatory Personal Value Quotient (PVQ) test that the entire town of Springfield was forced to take.[2]
In a coma dream that Bart had, Jennifer Clarkeson was on the wall of Ned Flanders' dead wives.[3]
