Howell Huser presents a TV travelogue for the Soft News Network's morning show. Bart and Milhouse meet him when he travels to Springfield.
History
Bart and Milhouse took Howell Huser to the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant where he is beaten up by a monster sized Blinky. Later he is then hurt by false gum and eventually humiliated. Three days later on TV he names Springfield "THE WORST TOWN EVER" and a month later tourists stop coming to Springfield, which led to Mayor Quimby legalizing same-sex marriages.
