Grandma Flanders is the grandma of Ned Flanders.

History
She appeared when a young Bart was staying with the Flanders family while Marge was giving birth to Lisa. He was running down a hallway when he ran into Grandma Flanders and she nearly frightened him to death. She then called Ned ("Joe") and asked him to help her with her sums.[3]
When a young Bart Simpson was going to the toilet at the Flanders house, Grandma Flanders scared him by saying "Can you help me with my sums?"
