Chase, commonly known as Pyro, is an American Gladiator.
History
He dated Luann for a time after she divorced from Kirk. When Bart and Pyro first met, Pyro impressesd Bart when he revealed that smashing a chair against his didn't even cause him to flinch. Bart later attempted to repeat the trick on Homer while he was bathing. Homer, however, ended up crying in agony.[1]
Their relationship ended when the Springfield children announced on the radio that she was cheating on him with his best friend Gyro.[2]
Behind the Laughter
He is a parody of the real-life gladiator, Nitro.
