Baron von Bertzenberger is a young, wealthy German who is somehow related to the original owner or owners of the art stolen by the Flying Hellfish during World War II. He seems to not care too much about the art and is in a hurry to drive away, explaining that he is late for a Kraftwerk concert.

He apparently also has difficulty understanding, or doesn't care to understand, grandfather/grandson familial love, as he tells Bart and Abraham Simpson, who were hugging after reconciling with each other, to "get a room."
