Simon Kennerly is the Shelbyville city council president. He is also the cousin of Mayor Quimby.
History[edit]
Simon Kennerly was to attend the Springfield/Shelbyville bake-off. However, he got seltzered by Jimbo, Dolph, and Kearney, who had been hired by Bart, prior to the bake-off. At the bake-off, Simon Kennerly awarded Marge the prize for winning with a cream pie made from cream from the streets of Springfield. However, as he and Mayor Quimby cut into the pie, it exploded.
