Hugh "Hugo" Simpson the I is the third eldest son of Howland Simpson and Gabby Crouse and the brother of 'Old-Tut' Simpson.

Name origin
Homer's son Hugo Simpson is named after him. However Hugo is considered a non-canon character because he appeared in Treehouse of Horror. He appears to look like Bart and Hugo Jr but with a white beard.
