Griff McDonald fought in World War II in a unit called the Flying Hellfish.He served in the U.S. Army in Europe alongside with the other members of the unit.Not much is known about him except he might be the one who taped the piece of paper that said "Shoot Me" on the back of Sheldon Skinner.He later died in a parade float accident in 1979, along with Sheldon, Arnie Gumble, Iggy Wiggum, and Etch Westgrin.
