Bill is one of the jockeys who lives in Jockey Town.

History[edit]

When Homer first arrived at the racetrack with Duncan, he encountered Bill and another jockey. Homer asked where he could get the "metal deelies" for the horse's feet. Bill then asked Homer if he meant "horse shoes". After Duncan got a makeover into "Furious D", Bill and the unnamed jockey teased Duncan's new look. Later in Jockey Land, Bill told Homer that their high pitched voices were their real voices and they put on accents on the surface world. He then took part in singing "We Are the Jockeys" where the jockeys told Homer that Duncan had to lose the race. Before Duncan's finale race, the other jockey Bill was seen with wished him luck.
