Milhouse played with his Radioactive Man action figure at he was visiting a cave (his nose) where he found it was the home of the man-eatning Snotlac. His nose become tighter and the figure was stuck. When he was visiting Dr. Hibbert he said to him and Luann at i like another case of the man-eating Snotlac.
