Shelby is a boy who lives in Shelbyville. His father works at the Shelbyville Impound Lot. He also has a friend named Milhouse.
History[edit]
He was one of the kids who stole the Springfield Lemon Tree and took it to Shelbyville.[1]

- He was made to be the Shelbyville equivalent of Bart, having a similar appearance and even a best friend named Milhouse.
- He was not given a name in the episode, but was named "Shelby" in The Simpsons: A Complete Guide to Our Favorite Family.
