Rick Blaine, a cynical American expatriate played by Humphrey Bogart, is the lead character in the 1942 feature film Casablanca.

History[edit]

In the alternative ending of the movie Rick walked along with Louis Renault and he told him that he thought this could be a start of their friendship, when Louis put a gun against Rick. However Sam pushed his piano into the gunman and crushed him. Hitler popped out of the piano, and Ilsa crushed him when she landed via parachute on the piano. Ilse and Rick became a couple again and got married.[1]

Milhouse Van Houten and Jack Deforest played Rick in the Springfield Elementary School production of Casablanca. He also appeared in a poster for the movie.[2]
