Eduardo Barcelona (English: Eddie Miami) is Homer Simpson's former pen pal from Spain. He has eight wives and 200 children, among them artists, doctors, and "revolutionary" chefs.

When Homer was feeling down, Marge decided to get Eduardo to cheer Homer up and fulfill his childhood dreams that Homer had told him when they were both 10 years old.[1]
Eduardo Barcelona and the El Chemistri chef had a conspiracy theory together about fake saffron being used in paella.[2]
