Milton Haas, also known as Oxford Haas, was a soldier in the United States Army in Europe during World War Two. He served in the army alongside Abraham Simpson, C. Montgomery Burns, Iggy Wiggum, Arnie Gumble, Etch Westgrin, Griff McDonald and Sheldon Skinner.
