The Retirement Castle nurse is a nurse who works at the Springfield Retirement Castle. She is often dissatisfied with her job.

History[edit]

When Mr. Burns hired Fernando Vidal to kill Grampa so that he could inherit the Hellfish bonanza, the assassin's many attempts to kill Grampa failed. Vidal then decided to try a less subtle approach. He showed up at the rest home and began shooting the place up with a machine gun. In response, the nurse pulled out a shot gun and fired back at Vidal scaring him off, all the while telling him to be quiet because "our residents are trying to nap".[1]

She was the nurse who took care of Homer when he pretended to be a senior citizen so that he could hide out at the retirement home while Apu's mother visited.[2]

She once withheld all the residents' pills after prescription drugs became too expensive.[3]
