Larry Doogan, also known as Pissed-O Shorty, is a man who attended The Institute.
History[edit]
Larry Doogan went to The Institute because he threw tantrums in public when he believed that people were making fun of his height. This included shouting at a security guard at a club because he was told that the club was at capacity, shouting at a store employee because they didn't have any blueberry muffins, and leaving his fiancée at the altar because he believed she was only agreeing to marry him because he was short.
At The Institute, Larry immediately became angry at the other members of the group. He and the other members then performed community service jobs to try to regain respect from the public. However, it didn't work, and they were still hated. Theo, the owner of The Institute, then told the group that he had a drastic idea that might work. Larry and the rest of the group initially decided against it because it was drastic. Theo eventually convinced them to at least hear his idea.
Theo explained to the group that ChumNet, the company that put clickbait headlines on websites, could be used to erase videos of them from the Internet by using the Universal Eradication Code on the ChumNet servers. He told the group that they would have to break into ChumNet's headquarters and use a flash drive on the servers to upload the Eradication Code. Theo then told the group that they had already completed the training needed, which was the public service activities they performed together. The group then reluctantly agreed to carry out the mission together.
During the mission, Larry saw the clickbait headline "One simple trick to add years to your height" and fell for it. He and the rest of the group, except Homer, then became trapped and were gassed. It is unknown what happened to him after the mission ended.
