Theo, who ran The Institute, came up with a plan to improve the reputations of Homer Simpson, Helen Lovejoy, Jed Hawk, Larry Doogan, and Kirk Van Houten by having them break into ChumNet Island and use a Universal Eradication Code to erase their negative online content.
