Jeanie is the manager of the Kissimmee St. Nick Theme Park and Resort.

History

When the Simpsons went to spend Christmas at Kissimmee St. Nick Theme Park and Resort, Jeanie greeted them and showed them to their room. She then told them that there was no bath, only a toilet/shower combi. The family quickly realized that the resort was nothing like the website said it was. A couple of days in to their stay, Bart and Lisa went to complain to her about the horrible state of the resort. Jeanie told them that they couldn't compete with the bigger resorts which is why they lied on the website. Bart then told her that he would "get" her. Jeanie then sprayed Bart and Lisa with a bottle of ammonia.

When the family decided to go home again, Bart thought up a way to get their money back. He broke off the heads of various Vice Presidents from the "Hall of Vice Presidents" and put them in her bed, along with a broken arm. Jeanie was so horrified at this that she gave them a full refund. Later, Jeanie wrote a letter to Bart to apologize. She also wrote a check with the refund and $2,400 to make sure Bart never goes to the resort again.
