History[edit]
He inspects the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and tells everyone to turn their Geiger counters on, which go off the scale immediately. He and his team go around the plant finding major faults everywhere (including Homer sleeping on the job). Mr. Burns then asks him to come to his office where "some careless person" had left a pile of money. Mr. Burns and Smithers then leave the room and come back in to see the inspector still there along with the money. He tells Mr. Burns that he will overlook the fact he tried to bribe him but will not overlook the 342 violations he found in the plant.[1]
He was seen as part of the team of people who helped design The Homer.[2]
He was part of the research team at Tipsy McStagger's Goodtime Eating and Drinking Emporium.[3]
He was among the crowd yelling at Apu when he went to take a citizenship test.[4]
