History

In Bart's oral school report about Francis Scott Key he found out at he was going to play under a British Invasion and their music band had taking his fans. One of the British music band was The Whom.

Behind the Laughter

The band is a parody on The Who, who voiced themselves in the season 12 episode "A Tale of Two Springfields".
