Snitchum is a man who kidnapped the caveman.

History

When Snitchum found out about the caveman that had been thawed out, he kidnapped him and turned him into a sideshow exhibit for people to gawk at. Dr. Hilton Lakebottom tracked him down and took the caveman back.
