When a pickpocket thief was on the loose in Springfield, Lenora Carter was called in to help catch the thief. Upon arriving at the Springfield Police Station, Carter put Chief Wiggum on the sidelines and called Wiggum the worst police officer she had ever had the pleasure of humiliating in front of his men. She then took over the investigation. She decided that they needed someone with a big ass to lure the pickpocket in.
