James Maplethorpe III a.k.a. Jimmy Maplelog was the owner of Keep on Dunkin' Donuts.

A few days before his donut store was due to open he decides Lard Lad Donuts, which is opposite his store, will have to close their business when he opens. The same day Homer starts to work as the Lard Lad Donuts' mascot and begins to sweat in the suit but he will not give up, which irritates Maplethorpe, who wants no competitors.
