Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts was a donut store.

History[edit]

The store was located opposite rival donut seller Lard Lad Donuts and, not wanting the competition, owner James Maplethorpe III attempted to put them out of business. However on the same day Homer starts to work as Lard Lad Donuts' mascot and despite beginning to sweat in the suit he does not give up, which irritates the owner of Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts, who wants to get rid of his competitor. Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts decides to get Homer to stop working as the mascot by gluing the head and making him get chased by dogs, but he did not give up and discovers that Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts has caused the accidents. Homer contacts Barney who thinks they can enact revenge on Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts and that night they sneaks in to the store and leave loads of insects there. Homer discovers that their donuts are synthetic, not organic as they promised, which means that they also lie. They are discovered by James Maplethorpe III, owner of Keep on Dunkin 'Donuts and he discovers that Homer and Barney know the truth about his donuts and wants to secure the boys to stop them revealing this to the world. He gets his employees to imprison them which they succeed in doing but Homer and Barney manage to escape just before the grand opening. Outside the store a long queue has formed and they see Homer and Barney getting chased by Maplethorpe and lots of insects leaving the building, causing the queue to contact the chief Health Inspector who closes the store.
