Hugo Simpson is Bart's conjoined twin. Shortly after their birth, they were separated by Dr. Hibbert.
Bart, Lisa, and Maggie discover Hugo after they hear strange sounds coming from upstairs and after Homer spills the beans about there being four Simpson children. As the "evil twin," Hugo has been consigned to living in the attic of the Simpson home and once a week is given a bucket of fish heads to eat. Hugo also does experimental surgery to prepare for his eventual reattachment to Bart, and creates a "Pigeon-Rat" in the process. It is discovered, however, that Bart is actually the evil twin, Bart then takes Hugo's place in the attic and is fed fish heads, while Hugo moves downstairs to live with the family
Reality
Because Treehouse of Horror episodes are non-canon, Hugo is not considered an actual member of the Simpson family.
Video Games
