Bart had a picture of her in his Little Black eBook, implying that he had sexual relations with her.[2]

Empress Zimzam is a reference to Queen Amidala of Naboo from the Star Wars prequels. Empress Zimzam's large headdress is almost exactly alike to one of Queen Amidala's costumes.
