Ling Chow is the owner of The Pan-Fried Dragon, previously known as The Lonely Dragon.

History

He has a fruit stand and sells Homer a square watermelon.

He comes out of his restaurant and shouts at Moe, saying that he knows that Moe has been stealing cable TV from him.

Homer visited the restaurant to get drunk, where Ling Chow told his wife, Sheila Chow, to put on the act as Homer liked it. He then spoke in a stereotypical Chinese accent whilst he and his wife invited Homer in. After Homer got too drunk, they left him in a dumpster out back.
