History
Ellsworth Toohey ran the Mediocri-Tots Daycare Center. Mr. Toohey wanted all the babies to conform to normality and punished creativity. He would constantly try and stamp out Maggie Roark's creativity, destroying her building creations. Whilst Mr. Toohey let the kids mess around with building blocks, he was trying to get his drivers' license.
After repeatedly destroying Maggie's creations, the Mediocri-Tots Daycare Center held a parent-teacher day. Mr. Toohey wanted to show the parents how mediocre all the babies were. However, he was shocked to find that Maggie had created a huge structure out of blocks. Maggie then told Mr. Toohey that he sucked. Mr. Toohey then decided to put Maggie on trial for her crimes.
At the trial, Mr. Toohey told the jury that he thought Maggie should receive nine consecutive time-outs. Maggie then gave a passionate speech and won the trial.
