Iris Dalrymple is the mother of Larry.

History

Iris Dalrymple attended Larry's funeral at Mourning Glory Funeral Home. She spoke about Larry and how he always talked about his best friends from Moe's Tavern. She then invited Larry's friends to say a few words about Larry. While Homer, Moe, Lenny, and Carl stumbled over what to say about Larry since they didn't know him at all, she told them that they could talk about Larry's love of fishing. The four of them then made up a story about when they went fishing with Larry.

After the funeral, Mrs. Dalrymple handed the four barflies Larry's diary, which had a picture of them together in front of a waterfall, which Carl identified as Serenity Falls. They then decided to scatter Larry's ashes there, which Mrs. Dalrymple approved of.
