The Ding-A-Ling Bros. Circus ringmaster is the circus ringmaster at Ding-A-Ling Bros. Circus.
History
When Krusty was running away from the police, he was hired as a circus clown by the ringmaster, under the name of Soggy the Clown. After Krusty's first show, the ringmaster told him that he was fired as he was awful at his job. As Krusty and Bart were walking away from the circus, the ringmaster went back to him and asked him to do a dangerous stunt for the circus as none of the other clowns would do it.
After Krusty performs an amazing stunt, by accident, which the audience all enjoyed, the ringmaster decided to keep him around as the star of the show. However, the circus had come into financial trouble and had to close down, which the ringmaster told everyone. After Krusty revealed himself to everyone, the ringmaster handed him over to the police to get the reward money to keep the circus open.
When Krusty was free to go, he tried to join up with them as they were leaving. The ringmaster asked Scuzzo for his thoughts before getting on the train.
