The French translator is a man who works as a translator for incarcerated people.
History[edit]
He appeared with the English translator to talk to Homer, Grampa, Ned Flanders and Apu Nahasapeemapetilon after they were arrested for prescription drug smuggling. He translated everything the English translator said into French. The English translator then said "I am a big, fat French idiot." The French translator got about halfway through translating that sentence before realizing what he was saying and shouting "Hey!"
