The English translator is a man who works as a translator for incarcerated people.

History

When Homer, Grampa, Ned Flanders and Apu Nahasapeemapetilon were arrested for prescription drug smuggling, the English translator came to their cell. He told them that the police had confiscated their car, and that they would be allowed to leave Canada, but never return. His partner, the French translator, then translated everything into French for the four.
