James Comey is the former Director of the FBI.
History
Donald Trump asked him to come to the White House so he could patch things up with Comey after Trump fired him. When Comey first meets with Trump, who is sitting in bed, he asks Comey to sit down - to which he points out that he is sitting down, so Trump tells him to kneel so they can be closer to eye level. Trump told Comey that he had no tapes, and that if Comey handed over all his notes, then he would erase the tapes. Comey told that ghosts haunt the room that Trump was in. Trump then asked Comey for a hug, so he did. Richard Nixon's ghost then joined in the hug.

In real life, Comey is famous for his great height: 6 feet, 8 inches tall.
