Alan "Al" Gumble is the owner of Barney's Bowlarama and is Barney Gumble's uncle.
History
He once hired Homer for a brief period of time after he quit his job at the Power Plant, before Maggie was born.[1] In "Team Homer" while working at his bowling alley he tells the Pin Pals that beer "costs six dollars a bottle" making them squeeze the beer out of their shirts and back into the bottles.
