Barbara Van Horne is the presumed wife of Sideshow Mel.
She and Mel were interested in buying a house with a bowling alley (which Marge talks them out of buying).[1] Sideshow Mel says she does not respect his French arts.[2]
She has the same hair color as Sideshow Mel, but unlike Mel her hair is a normal style. She rarely speaks when other people are around.
They seem to have an on/off relationship as Mel has been seen with Princess Kashmir and Lindsey Naegle in the past.
