Captain Haddock is a old sea captain who lives in Paris with his friend Tintin and Tintin's dog Snowy. Their adventures have been written down in a series of comic books.
History
Bart Simpson reads Tintin comics and owns a copy of The Crab with the Golden Claws. Captain Haddock can be seen on the comic's cover.[1]
When Princess Penelope was in Paris singing and playing her guitar, Captain Haddock, Tintin and Snowy were in the audience.[2]
