Captain Haddock is an old sea captain who lives in Paris with his friend Tintin and Tintin's dog Snowy. Their adventures have been written down in a Tintin.

History

Bart Simpson reads Tintin comics and owns a copy of The Crab with the Golden Claws. Captain Haddock can be seen on the comic's cover.

When Princess Penelope was in Paris singing and playing her guitar, Captain Haddock and Tintin were in the audience.
