Character Information
|
Captain Kathryn Janeway is a fictional character in the Star Trek franchise. She is the captain of the starship USS Voyager, after which the series Star Trek: Voyager is named.
History
Comic Book Guy once tried to download a naked picture of Janeway, saying, "Lace ... the final brassiere!" as the picture began to appear on his screen. However, the download went very slowly, prompting Comic Book Guy to complain about his modem. Just as Janeway's cleavage began to show on the screen, a pop-up ad for Compu-Global-Hyper-Mega-Net (Homer's Internet company) covered the middle of the screen just as Janeway's naked chest was about to appear. Comic Book Guy was frustrated with the interruption, but decided to contact the "Internet King" to see he could provide faster nudity.
Behind the Laughter
- "Lace ... the final brassiere!" is a pun on Star Trek's well-known catchphrase, "Space: the final frontier."
