History
While following clues to track Abe Simpson down, Marge and Homer went to Springfield Retirement Castle and found a flyer of Spiro's restaurant at Abe's room. They met Spiro Papadapaconstantikasgianopolopodopotopolis, who was the owner of the restaurant and had hired Abe as a waiter in the past. Spiro fired Abe when he found him writing songs and playing the piano with Rita LaFleur instead of working. After that, Spiro never saw any of the two again, and said he was sorry.
Behind the Laughter
There's a gag on how he has absurdly long name, yet Homer and Marge both pronounce it without ever stumbling. It gets even funnier when Homer can't remember "Rita LaFleur".
