Daphne Burns (nee Charles) is Charles Montgomery Burns's mother. She was married to Clifford Burns.
She once had an affair with President Taft; Mr. Burns never forgave her.
Children
Daphne had 5 children, Mr. Burns, Cornelia, George Burns, Cornelius and Zeph.
Present
Now all she is capable are doing is dialling phone numbers and yelling.
