Barbara Van Horne (née Krustofski) is the presumed wife of Sideshow Mel.
She and Mel were interested in buying a house with a bowling alley (which Marge talks them out of buying)[1]. Sideshow Mel says she does not respect his French arts[2].
She has the same hair color as Sideshow Mel, but unlike Mel her hair is a normal style. She rarely speaks when other people are around. She is Krusty the Clown's sister[3].
