The FBI agent is an unnamed man who works for the FBI.
History
The FBI agent and his partner were spying on Moe Szyslak, who himself was spying on Marge. When Moe started blathering on about how he loved "Midge", the FBI agent said that every word he said would buy him one more year in the slammer (Moe said a total of ten words, so he will have at least 10 years in prison in the future).
