Barbara Van Horne is the presumed ex wife of Sideshow Mel.

History
She and Mel were interested in buying a house with a bowling alley (which Marge talks them out of buying).[2] Sideshow Mel says she does not respect his French arts.[3]
She left a note for Mel saying that she had left him.[4]
Description
She has the same hair color as Sideshow Mel, but unlike Mel her hair is a normal style. She rarely speaks when other people are around.
