During an episode of The Flow with Joyce Kinney, Joyce Kinney asked Peter Griffin if the comic he ran on For Pete's Sake! was appropriate on Gloria Steinem's half-birthday.
Later on, when Meg Griffin was playing Lisa Simpson's saxophone, two birds heard the music. The blue one said that Meg was better than Lisa, and that she was amazing. The purple bird said that Meg was good for a girl. The blue bird responded to this with "Real nice. And two days after Gloria Steinem's half-birthday."[2]
