Wolfguy Jack was the owner of Greaser's Cafe before it went out of business. He howls, hence the name, although he said that his throat doctor told him not to do that any more.
History
He was the host of the dance competition at Greaser's and gave Homer the Harley-Davidson.
Behind the Laughter
Wolfguy Jack is an obvious caricature of Wolfman Jack.
